The Spanish Fuel Cells Association, organizes the Iberoamerican Conference on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells IBERCONAPPICE 2023. It will take place from October 25 to 27 in Cartagena.

A «Communications Book» will be published, edited by APPICE (with ISBN), which will include all accepted papers.
